Taking in account, devastating earthquake on 25 April and 12 May, we have focused our initiative to provide immediate relief like food, cloth, medicines to disaster effected population in the first phase and design and build temporary shelter (made of locally available materials CGI sheets and bamboos) in the second phase. We have partnered with Nepali architects and engineers from Pulchowk Engineering Campus who are volunteering to design the shelter and supervise the construction on the ground.
All these relief efforts are distributed to real victims based on the actual data collected before distributing the materials in liaison with VDC office bearers and local community leaders.
We have initiated the relief effort to 3 severely affected districts out of 14 districts.
Following is our statement of relief effort.
1. Jiwanpur VDC, Dhading – donated cooking oil, rice, lentils, salt, tofu, sugar, drinking water to 100 households

Our Present Condition of Sanu Foundation Children home
We have suffered major structural damage to our building during the devastating earthquake of 25 April and 12 May. The building has been recommended inhabitable by the engineers deputed by the GON. All the supporting staffs and children are safe and taking refuge in temporary shelter.
Our friends from Spain initiated the fund raising project to construct the Foundation Orphan Home through AYUDA NEPAL ASOCIACION EXPEDICION SOLIDARIA and NM Vacaciones solidarias / Riki Tiki Tavii in Spain. If you want to donate and link us with the funding opportunities, please contact them.
